Great news! A new record has been set in Fangzi— the groundbreaking ceremony for the 1-million-unit-per-year precision silicon carbide structural components project for new energy vehicles, complete with all four permits, was held with great fanfare.

On July 29, the ceremony marking the simultaneous issuance of the “four permits” for Huamei Jingtao’s project—producing 1 million pieces (sets) annually of precision silicon carbide structural components for new energy applications—was held with great solemnity at the company. Li Lianghua, Deputy Secretary of the District Committee and District Mayor, Zhong Min, Member of the District Committee Standing Committee and Deputy District Mayor, along with key officials from relevant departments, attended the event.

At the ceremony, Li Lianghua, Deputy Secretary of the District Committee and District Mayor, solemnly presented the “four certificates” (real estate certificate, construction project planning permit, land use planning permit, and construction work permit) for Huamei Jingtao’s 1-million-piece (set) per-year project producing precision silicon carbide structural components for new energy applications to Wang Mingfeng, Chairman of Huamei Jingtao Co., Ltd., and expressed earnest hopes for the company. Zhong Min, Member of the Standing Committee of the District Committee and Deputy District Mayor, presided over the certificate-awarding ceremony.

Since the beginning of this year, Fangzi District has firmly established a work orientation centered on “projects as king,” adhering to the principle of “everything revolves around projects and everything is focused on project implementation.” It has innovatively implemented a full-lifecycle service mechanism for projects, developing clear and standardized flowcharts for each of the nine key stages—from project planning to performance supervision—and eliminating all unnecessary conditions and materials. All 39 tasks within each stage have been streamlined into parallel processes. The company’s project to produce 1 million units (sets) annually of precision silicon carbide structural components for new energy applications took only 37 days from public listing to the simultaneous issuance of the “four permits,” and just 44 working days from feasibility study to commencement—representing a 200% acceleration and setting a new record for project construction speed.

Next, the company will remain firmly committed to the project and accelerate construction at a new pace. Focusing on project construction, we’ll work backward from the deadline, implement visual management with clear timelines, and work overtime to speed up progress while ensuring quality, quantity, and adherence to the schedule.
